0:00:05.9 Kiera Dent: Hey everyone, welcome to the Dental Aid Team podcast. I'm your host Kiera Dent, and I have this crazy idea that maybe I could combine a doctor and a team member's perspective, because let's face it, dentistry can be a challenging profession with those two perspectives. I've been a dental assistant, treatment coordinator, scheduler, biller, office manager, regional manager, practice owner, and I have a team of traveling consultants where we have traveled over 165 different offices coaching teams. Yep, we don't just understand you, we are you. Our mission is to positively impact the world of dental, and I believe that this podcast is the greatest way I can help elevate teams, grow VIP experiences, reduce stress, and create a team. Welcome to the Dental Aid Team podcast.
0:00:51.4 KD: Hello Dental Aid Team listeners, this is Kiera, and you guys! Oh my gosh, happy Merry Christmas to you. If you don't believe in Christmas or that's not your style, happy holidays to you. I do love celebrating Christmas. I love the joy and excitement that this time of year brings and it's truly because I get excited for the opportunity. I feel like Christmas is the wind down to the new year. And you guys, if you've been listening for a while, you know I am obsessed with creating a word for the year of having just the excitement of the new year and all that it brings. So this is a time for holidays and for family and for fun and to basically, I feel almost, take a break from the crazy year that you've just put yourself through and to reflect and to become and to evolve. I'm just excited for you guys. Happy holidays, Merry Christmas.

Then my other brother, he lives in Ohio and they just had their fifth baby. So guys, that's nine, just with two siblings. Then my brother below him, he lives in Texas and they have two babies, so we're up to 11 grand babies. And then we have my other brother who just got married. No kids, we're done with the kid zone. And then there's my sister. So my brother who doesn't have kids, he lives in Utah. Then there's my sister and she lives in Missouri. We'll see, I think she's going to be having a baby soon, so we'll see. There might be number 12 on its way. Who knows? We'll see, but I have a hunch. And then there's my youngest sister who is in college, not married. She lives in Utah. And then me and Jason live in Reno. And then my parents live in Sacramento area. We're a very spread out family. For us to get together, it's always crazy mayhem, lots of people, comings and goings. Honestly, sometimes... I'm going to just... This should be cheery and holiday and exciting. Sometimes guys, I don't
