TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cooperation and Reliance on Information: Client understands and agrees that the effectiveness of Dental A Team’s consultation services are based entirely on Client providing information requested by Dental A Team to Dental A Team in a timely manner. Client agrees that he/she shall exert his/her best efforts to cooperate in the preparation and implementation of recommendations. Client expressly understands that Dental A Team (hereafter referred to as DAT), in preparing statements, summaries, and recommendations on behalf of Client, will rely solely on the information provided by Client, and Client hereby agrees to hold harmless Dental A Team from all liability and claims arising out of any information supplied by Client to Dental A Team, whether that information be inaccurate, incomplete or otherwise.

Trade Secrets: Client and or Consultant shall not divulge to any person, firm or firms, corporation or corporations, any trade secrets having to do with either party without written approval. Both parties will maintain strict confidentiality of all information received.

Indemnification: Client irrevocably covenants, promises and agrees to indemnify and to hold Consultant, its employees, agents, and representatives, harmless from and against any and all losses, claims, expenses, suits, damages, costs, demands or liabilities, joint or several, of whatever kind or nature which Client, Consultant or any other person, Party or entity may sustain or to which Consultant may become subject arising out of or relating in any way to this Agreement, the acts or omissions of Client, or any services provided hereunder, including, without limitation, in each case attorneys’/arbitrators’ fees, costs and expenses actually incurred in defending against or enforcing any such losses, claims, expenses, suits, damages or liabilities.

Force Majeure: The Consultant and the Client shall not be considered in default hereunder or be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing any provisions of this Agreement in the customary manner to the extent that such failure or delay is caused by any reason beyond its control, including any act of God or a pandemic has triggered the force majeure clause under the contract. The party whose performance has been interrupted by such circumstances shall use every reasonable means to resume full performance of this Agreement as promptly as possible.

Non Solicitation: Client agrees that for a period of one (1) year after the termination of this Agreement, in any State in the United States in which DAT does business, or equivalent geographical subdivision in any foreign jurisdiction in which DAT does business, Client will not solicit or induce employees, consultants, or independent contractors of DAT with whom Client had contact, association, or knowledge of during the course of this Agreement to terminate, alter or modify their employment with DAT.

Compliance: Coaching Calls and Zoom Calls must be scheduled with your consultant for each month. If the call is not scheduled, the call will be forfeited by the client. Calls cannot be added on to another month or at the end of the contract. For best results, the client agrees to fulfill the 12 month contract in its entirety.

12 months- PLAY FULL OUT: The Dental A Team Platinum is designed for FULL immersion for our clients to see the BEST results over a consecutive 12 month period. That means you are committed for a 12 month period of time and will show up, play full out, and will see massive results. We understand extreme circumstances may arise and in that event, please connect with our Success Team at 775-243-5100. There are no refunds or cancellations. Governance: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
