I have been in the dental field since 2003, and have experience in almost every aspect of the general dental practice, ranging from Dental Assistant all the way to Office Manager. I have completed many continuing education courses over those years pertaining to all things business. I am passionate about what I do and currently have found myself excelling within the Dental Consultant world! My drive is excellence and wanting to make the dental world better.

I have spent my life in and around the dental field. Raised by a dental assistant, my training started young and my journey in dentistry continues as I strive to help teams realize their dreams!

Working in dentistry for over 15 years I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of structures from small to large and private practice to dental support organizations. I have learned how the organization and management of an office impact the lives of each team member and patient. I have studied healthcare administration while working most positions in a dental office including hygiene lead, coach, and office manager. This helps me bring an understanding of driving value and patient care to help dental teams cultivate a fulfilling work environment.

Denae brings over 17 years of experience in the dental industry to her role at The Dental A Team. She has held various practice management and consulting roles throughout her career and has a passion for team health, culture, and practice growth. Denae has successfully helped practices develop and implement a variety of best practices centered around building trust within the teams, accountability, and driving results.

Denae credits her strategic planning and analytical skills for the successes she’s had in helping her clients achieve their practice goals. She understands that listening, empowering, and building trust within the teams she works with are essential to their growth. She enjoys implementing processes to build a sustainable growth culture and believes that the foundation for growth is built with strong relationships and accountability throughout the team.

Kes has been working in the dental field since 1996.  “I started as a dental assistant right out of high school and I was hooked!!  I was encouraged to go to hygiene school by my incredible boss and I’m grateful for the encouragement.  I’ve been happy to work these past 17 years as a hygienist and treatment coordinator for many different and incredible offices in Las Vegas and Utah!”

Some of her hobbies are decorating and organizing her house, growing businesses with her hubby of 25 years, and raising her two beautiful daughters.

I’m proud to be part of a team that helps dentists realize their dreams. I’ve worked in the dental industry for over 20 years, most recently as an executive leading client service, client engagement, marketing, and the administrative team for one of the most respectable consulting firms in the U.S.

I have the distinct pleasure and unique opportunity to work with Keira and her team as their business coach and work one on one with dentists to create a roadmap towards their professional success.

I enjoy traveling the world, diving deep into the culture of food – all passions I share with my husband, Robert.
