223: Getting Team Feedback: 360 Awareness
Kiera’s back with a quick tactical tip — this time about how to receive feedback from your team, how often to do it, and how to implement it.
Her favorite way to do it: anonymous surveys! By sending out surveys every quarter (or at least twice a year), you can make your office a better place. Your team’s expectations will be aligned, and folks will feel energized to be the best team member they can be.
